RAN FORM PROCEDURES
1. You need to send a correctly filled return authorization number (RAN) form
2. Within 24 hours Teletek Electronics will send you a RAN
3. No repairs will be made withouth a RAN
4. Only items icluded in the original form will be subject to repair
5. Items without RAN will be sent back to the Sender at the Sender's expence
6. All returned goods are sent by the Sender at the Sender's expence with terms of delivery DAP (delivery at place)
7. The RAN should be put in a visible place on the package
8. Items which are found to be completely functional will be charged with a service fee equal to the sum of the diagnosis
9. Cleaning and calibration of fire detectors will be charged with a service fee of 6€
